MAS Holdings is seeking a qualified and experienced HR professional to join its Bodywear team at MAS Unichela, Panadura. The successful candidate will support people strategy, manage key human resource functions, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to manage key HR functions and support organizational objectives.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
