MAS Holdings is seeking a motivated individual to join its Activewear team in Biyagama as a Human Resources Intern. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and employee relations in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to contribute to HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist HR Business Partners in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding processes.
• Manage service requests relating to employee assignment changes.
• Help maintain employee records.
• Organize meetings and prepare internal communication materials.
• Support counsellor engagement programmes.
• Assist with employee relations activities.
• Contribute to HR initiatives while gaining practical experience.
