🎯 Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

✔ Basic Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of contact center experience
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Friendly, warm, and client-focused attitude
• Ability to explain clinical & wellness concepts simply

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Science or Biotechnology (added advantage)
