• Assist in managing daily production operations
• Supervise and coordinate production teams
• Ensure efficient workflow in cutting, stitching, packing, and pattern making
• Monitor production quality and timelines
• Handle sample making and sewing machine operations
• Maintain production records and reports

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

📌 Basic Requirements

• Degree / Diploma / NDT in Garment, Apparel, or Fabric Industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an apparel manufacturing environment
• Age between 30 – 40 years
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• High level of integrity and motivation
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Computer literacy required)

🧵 Technical Skills

• Knowledge of sewing machines and sample making
• Understanding of full production process:
  • Cutting
  • Stitching
  • Packing
  • Pattern making (added advantage)
