Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka and part of John Keells Holdings PLC, is seeking a Low-Code Development Specialist to support its digital transformation initiatives.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, while supporting database operations and business process automation.

The position is based in Colombo and offered on a fixed-term contract basis.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Power Apps for internal processes
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows (approvals, automations)
• Write and optimize SQL queries (MySQL & MS SQL Server)
• Support database maintenance (performance tuning, troubleshooting)
• Develop and manage SharePoint Online solutions
• Document workflows and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives
• Provide application support for ERP, HRIS, and business systems

👤 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering
• Certifications in PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-300 / PL-400 (advantage)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 (plus point)
• Experience with Power BI dashboards (advantage)
• Strong SQL skills (query writing, indexing, optimization)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in documentation (BRDs, process blueprints)
• Ability to handle multiple projects and automation pipelines
