Swisstek (Ceylon) PLC is looking for a dedicated EHS Assistant to support the implementation and monitoring of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across operations.

This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions
• Perform regular site inspections and safety audits
• Prepare incident/accident reports and maintain documentation
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
• Work closely with managers, engineers, and supervisors
• Promote safe work practices across all operations

👤 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Safety Officer (3 – 5 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and safety regulations
• Relevant certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
