🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers) 🖥️
• Resolve software and operating system issues
• Manage user onboarding & offboarding (IT asset allocation)
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Log and track incidents via IT service desk systems

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• ✔ Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
• ✔ Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• ✔ Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• ✔ Good communication and coordination abilities
• ✔ Experience in IT support/service desk is an advantage
