• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects
• Work with business teams to gather requirements and design solutions
• Manage ERP configuration, customization, integration & testing
• Prepare documentation (workflows, specifications, training materials)
• Conduct user training and support system adoption
• Monitor system performance & troubleshoot ERP issues
• Ensure data security, integrity & compliance
• Identify process improvements and ERP enhancements
• Handle system upgrades, patches & change management
• Provide reports and dashboards for decision-making

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Management Information Systems
  • Or related IT field

💡 Experience & Skills

• 4–6 years experience in IT
• 2–3 years ERP experience (Implementation / Support)
• Knowledge of ERP modules:
  • Finance
  • Procurement
  • Sales
  • Inventory
  • Production
  • HR
• Finance knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong:
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Communication & stakeholder management
• Ability to handle pressure & multiple tasks
