• Monitor and support Sales Executives to achieve targets 🎯
• Improve distributor efficiency through strategic initiatives
• Plan routes and optimize distributor capacity
• Ensure safety standards for distributor premises & trucks
• Manage lorry fleet and recommend upgrades 🚛
• Maintain optimal buffer stock levels
• Track daily sales performance and execution
• Ensure proper commercial outlet distribution
• Plan and execute distributor promotions 📢
• Conduct monthly performance and P&L analysis
• Improve staff welfare and reduce turnover
• Develop incentive schemes for distributor staff

👤 Candidate Profile

🎓 Education:

• G.C.E A/L (English)
• G.C.E O/L (Mathematics with credit pass)

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• FMCG sector experience preferred

🧠 Skills:

• Strong analytical & presentation skills 📊
• Good English communication skills
• MS Office proficiency 💻
• Ability to manage teams and distributors effectively
