Manager (Digital Transformation) – D.Samson & Sons Ltd

The role will lead enterprise digital transformation, identify and deliver AI use cases, advance RPA and agentic AI, and manage the Digital Transformation team.
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or AI; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years’ enterprise digital transformation experience
  • Business analysis and project management experience
  • RPA or agentic AI experience
  • Data science and Snowflake or Databricks experience
Preferred skills/certifications: Lean Six Sigma, RPA certification (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism), PMP/PRINCE2, and ITIL Foundation.
