Qualifications & Experience

External Candidates (any one):

  1. Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Management / Business Administration / Commerce / Accounts (UGC recognized)
    AND
    A Postgraduate Degree (Masterโ€™s) in the relevant field OR Associate Membership of a recognized professional chartered institute
    AND
    Minimum 15 yearsโ€™ experience at managerial level in a Corporation, Statutory Board, Institution, or reputed private organization

OR

  1. Full Membership of a recognized professional chartered institute in a related field
    AND
    Minimum 15 yearsโ€™ managerial experience

Internal Candidates:

  • Having the above qualifications OR
  • Minimum 05 years satisfactory service in MM 1-1 Grade I in a relevant subject area

Age Limit: 35 โ€“ 55 years
(Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates)

Salary Scale

HM 1-1 โ€“ 2025:
Rs. 140,640 โ€“ 15 ร— 4,100 โ€“ Rs. 202,140

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall financial management of Sri Lanka Foundation
  • Preparation of annual financial statements & estimates
  • Liaison with Internal Audit & Auditor Generalโ€™s Department
  • Supervision of Accounts, Supplies, Procurement & Stores divisions

  1. Passed Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional chartered institute

  • Same qualifications as external candidates OR
  • Minimum 05 years satisfactory service in Junior Manager (JM) Category

Salary Scale

  • Employees in Primary Level (Skilled / Semi-Skilled / Unskilled) categories
  • Same O/L qualifications as above
  • Minimum 05 years satisfactory permanent service

Age Limit: 18 โ€“ 45 years

Salary Scale

MA 1-1 โ€“ 2025:
Rs. 46,220 โ€“ 10 ร— 540 โ€“ 7 ร— 630 โ€“ 4 ร— 890 โ€“ 20 ร— 1,190 โ€“ Rs. 83,390
