Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Experience in the lifestyle, retail, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Optimize warehouse space, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of products while maintaining quality standards.
