Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally and courteously.
