Treasury Dealer – Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC

Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional for the position of Treasury Dealer (Manager Grade).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute customer Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions to maximize customer-driven FX profitability.

• Manage the customer Repo portfolio and drive direct contributions to Treasury Net Interest Income (NII).

• Expand customer Fixed Income and FX business while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

• Actively trade in interbank Fixed Income Securities (FIS), Money Market (MM), FX, and other treasury products to achieve treasury budgetary targets.

Candidate Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics; OR a full qualification in Banking (IBSL); OR a recognized professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CISI, or CFA.

• Certification: An ACI Dealing Certificate or Treasury & Foreign Exchange Operations Certificate (CBSL) is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum of 03 – 05 years of proven experience in Treasury Dealer functions.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury instruments, and banking products, with sound knowledge of treasury operations and dealing systems.

• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive team player, and strong professional ethics.
