📝 Job Description
The Transport Officer – Maliban Wovens (Pvt) Ltd will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all transport operations for staff and company requirements, ensuring vehicle safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily transport operations for staff and company needs
- Monitor vehicle schedules, routes, and shuttle assignments
- Ensure transport vehicles are properly maintained and serviced on time
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with company safety and transport standards
- Coordinate with drivers, transport service providers, and employees
- Maintain accurate transport documentation and operational reports
- Submit transport-related payment documents to the Finance Department
- Ensure optimal utilization of transport seating capacity
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 03 years’ experience in transport or vehicle management
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Good knowledge of transportation routes and vehicle capacity planning
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage transport-related emergencies effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
