Qualifications & Experience

• Age between 20 and 25 years.
• Minimum G.C.E. (O/L) with credit passes in English, Mathematics, and Sinhala.
• Fluency in Sinhala and English is required.
• Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Previous sales experience or professional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Must own a motorcycle and be willing to use it for official duties (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
• Candidates residing in or near Kiribathgoda will be given preference.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training on the company’s industrial and medical gas products.
• Assist in managing existing customer accounts and supporting sales operations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Support customer follow-ups, payment collections, and basic account reconciliation activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service.
• Travel to customer locations and outside Colombo when required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
