Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination with passes in English and Mathematics.
• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination with a minimum of two passes in main subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a pharmaceutical manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Support the management of Change Controls, Deviations, Incidents, CAPA, and OOS documentation under the guidance of the Quality Assurance team.
• Follow up on Change Control and CAPA activities with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare data summaries, trend analyses, charts, and reports to support Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
• Assist with the issuance, filing, archival, and retrieval of controlled documents, logbooks, formats, and batch records.
• Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of master documents and document control records.
• Ensure Quality Assurance documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other Quality Assurance documentation and administrative duties as assigned.
