Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• National Certificate in Technology (NCT) in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of three (03) years of experience in hotel or residential construction projects.
• Male candidate below 35 years of age.
• Willingness to work at respective client locations within Colombo and Gampaha.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities at assigned project sites.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
• Inspect construction work and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Support timely completion of construction projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
• Experience in hotel and residential building projects.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Good project coordination and site supervision skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
