Qualifications & Experience

Technical Officer

• NVQ Level 4 (Civil) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of total work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and road construction practices.

Supervisor

• NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision.
• Experience in road construction or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
• Ability to supervise site activities and coordinate construction teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site personnel.
• Monitor construction quality and workplace safety.
• Prepare and maintain site records and progress reports.
• Assist in solving technical and operational issues on-site.
• Ensure efficient utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Follow company policies, project procedures, and safety regulations.
