We are seeking a seasoned Factory Officer with specialized knowledge in Orthodox Rotorvane and Semi-Leafy tea manufacture to oversee our operations and ensure compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
As the Tea Factory Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the manufacturing process and ensuring quality control.

Production Oversight: Oversee all aspects of Orthodox Rotorvane and Semi-Leafy tea manufacture, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain factory books and records accurately and neatly, ensuring all data is up-to-date and precise.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to RA (Rainforest Alliance), ISO, and Carbon Footprint standards to maintain the estate’s certifications and sustainability goals.
Candidate Profile: Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a candidate with significant industry experience and technical expertise.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience as a “Factory Officer” is mandatory.

Technical Knowledge: You must possess comprehensive knowledge of Orthodox Rotorvane and Semi-Leafy tea manufacture.

Documentation Skills: The ability to maintain factory documentation with precision is essential.

Education: Successful completion of the G.C.E. (O/L) examination with a pass in English and Mathematics.

Professional Qualification: An NIPM (National Institute of Plantation Management) Manufacture qualification is preferable.

Remuneration: The salary is negotiable within the applicable grade, as per the EFC/CESU collective agreement.
