Vella Corporate (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a high-performing Manager – Talent Acquisition for a full-time role based in Colombo 07. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and build the engine that drives growth across all business sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven recruitment plans aligned with company goals.

Sourcing & Acquisition: Utilize advanced techniques, networking, and headhunting to identify top-tier talent.

Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s reputation and work with the marketing team to promote Vella as a “destination employer”.

Full-Cycle Ownership: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake meetings with department heads to final onboarding.

Data-Driven Insights: Track and refine hiring metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers to define excellence for their specific teams.
Candidate Profile

Experience:
-
Minimum of 5+ years in recruitment.
-
At least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level role.

Experience in a multi-industry and hospitality group is a significant advantage.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from a recognized institute.

Technical Savvy: Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects independently, and agility in a fast-paced environment.
