Candidate Profile

Applicants should meet the following qualifications and experience:

• Construction Supervisor NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising construction labour on building projects.
• Previous experience in airport construction projects will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
• Ability to coordinate construction teams and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site labour.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Monitor workplace safety and enforce site regulations.
• Track construction progress and report site activities.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and maintain productivity.
• Ensure efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment.
