Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Strategic Management, Accountancy, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Executive-level experience in financial management, strategic planning, business analysis, economic analysis, management accounting, data analytics, forecasting, or a related field.
• OR a full professional qualification equivalent to a degree, such as:
  • CA Sri Lanka (Member or Passed Finalist)
  • CIMA UK
  • ACCA
• Minimum of 3 years’ Executive-level experience in a relevant field for professionally qualified applicants.
• Applicants should be Sri Lankan citizens.
• Applicants should not be more than 40 years of age as of 13 July 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s strategic planning and performance management processes.
• Develop advanced financial models and conduct comprehensive business analyses.
• Perform forecasting, benchmarking, and fleet-related economic assessments.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Review and validate Board papers and strategic submissions.
• Prepare executive reports, confidential correspondence, and meeting documentation.
• Support strategic projects and corporate initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities and business performance.
• Provide decision-support insights for corporate strategy and resource allocation.
