We Are Hiring! Greenfield Bio Plantations (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Stores Officer.

Greenfield Bio Plantations (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and responsible Stores Officer to join their team. The position is based in Kosgama.

What You’ll Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Operations Leadership: Lead overall stores operations with full inventory accountability.

• Stock Management: Manage receiving, storage, dispatch, and accurate stock records.

• Data Integrity: Ensure timely ERP updates and data integrity.

• Documentation: Control GRN, DO, and all stock movement activities.

• Planning: Plan material requirements and coordinate advance orders.

• Compliance: Authorize and issue goods in line with company procedures.

• Support: Support tea blending and flavouring with material expertise.

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in stores management within a tea, spice, or export manufacturing environment.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of tea handling, blending, and certification requirements.

• Technical Skills: Proven experience working with ERP systems.

• Soft Skills: Excellent coordination and record-keeping skills.

• Ownership: Ability to take full ownership of end-to-end stores operations.
