Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Maintaining monthly stock position verification and final reports.

• Coordination: Liaising with various inter-divisions within the company.

• Process Monitoring: Monitoring the Goods Received Note (GRN) process.

• Reconciliation: Preparation of monthly stock reconciliations.

• Audit Support: Assisting in and preparing schedules for internal and external audits.

• General Support: Assisting with any other stores department-related duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office packages, Internet, and Email.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar category is preferred.

• Driving License: Possession of a valid Driving / Riding License is required.

• Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of stores management, inventory control, and documentation is a strong advantage.

  • Age between 20–35 years (Male candidates).
