📋 Job Description

Maga Engineering is looking for a highly experienced Store Manager to handle central warehouse operations and manage inventory across multiple project sites. The role requires strong leadership, ERP system knowledge, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the central warehouse, including receipt, storage, and issuance of goods
• Oversee project site stores and ensure proper coordination, staffing, and ERP supervision
• Supervise storekeepers and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
• Manage ERP inventory systems to maintain accurate stock records (receipts, issues, transfers)
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely material availability for projects
• Liaise with procurement teams and suppliers for order tracking and deliveries
• Monitor stock levels, inter-site transfers, and ensure audit compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, or Business Administration
• Professional qualifications (ISMM / CILT) will be an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years experience in stores/inventory management
• At least 4–5 years in a managerial role
• Experience in construction or infrastructure industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Excellent coordination, reporting, and leadership skills
