Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Safeguard and manage physical inventory aiming for zero loss incidents.

• Warehouse Optimization: Organize warehouse space to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.

• Transaction Processing: Accurately process inventory transactions including GRNs, credit notes, and transfers.

• Material Handling: Manage the receiving, issuing, and delivery of materials.

• Record Keeping: Update job cards, maintain system records, and perform periodic stock counts to reconcile discrepancies.

• Audit Readiness: Maintain proper documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: A good track record of secondary education.

• Professional Qualification: Being partly qualified in a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is a distinct advantage.

• Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse, store, or inventory environment.

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of warehouse operations, computer literacy, and essential data entry skills.

• Attributes: High attention to detail for tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records.
