🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Develop and execute SME & Business Banking strategies
• 🤝 Build and expand relationships with SME clients
• 📈 Drive branch performance to achieve business targets
• 💡 Promote solution-based sales and customer service culture
• 🔍 Align market trends with customer needs and product delivery
• ⚠️ Manage non-performing advances (NPA) within industry standards
• 🛡 Handle compliance, operational, and credit risks effectively

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Option 1:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Banking / Business Administration
  • Commerce / Economics
  • Accountancy / Mathematics / Management

✔ From a UGC recognized university

AND

• 📜 Associate Membership of a recognized Chartered Institute / IBSL

WITH

• 🧑‍💼 Minimum 3 years experience in:
  • SME Banking
  • Credit appraisal & disbursement
  • Risk operations & credit recovery

Option 2:

• 📜 Associate Membership / Diploma in:
  • Banking / Credit Management / SME Management

WITH

• 🧑‍💼 Minimum 6 years experience in SME Banking

💰 Salary & Benefits

• 💵 Salary Scale: Rs. 90,645 – 115,045
• 📊 Salary Grade: 05-B
• 💸 Total Gross Salary: ~ Rs. 190,000/month (approx.)

✔ Includes:

• Cost of Living Allowance
• Rent Allowance
• 10% Additional Allowance

🎂 Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 30 Years
• 🚫 Not applicable for candidates already in state sector
