Swisstek (Ceylon) PLC, a leading provider of premium building solutions, is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction operations related to wood flooring and interior solutions.

This role involves site coordination, workforce management, and quality control to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to standards.

🏗️ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site work related to wood flooring and interior construction
• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work aligns with plans
• Monitor workforce, assign tasks, and maintain productivity
• Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
• Inspect work quality and resolve site issues
• Manage materials and coordinate with contractors and management
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports

👤 Requirements

• Minimum 3 passes in A/L and Credit pass in Maths (O/L)
• Age between 22 – 26 years
• Minimum 2 years experience in site supervision (construction preferred)
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and management abilities
• Valid motorbike license (mandatory)
