Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline).
• Minimum of 5 years of total engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems used in construction projects.
• Experience in coordinating mechanical installation and site operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical engineering activities at construction sites.
• Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues related to mechanical installations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and engineering standards.
