Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Engineering (Civil) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within road construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and site management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project activities efficiently.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for rural road construction projects.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate construction activities with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist in resource planning, material coordination, and work scheduling.
• Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate site records, planning documents, and progress reports.
