About the Role: Showroom Sales Executive (Two Wheeler)
As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of our Two-Wheeler division in Kurunegala. Your primary mission is to drive sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their mobility needs, and showcasing our range of innovative two-wheelers. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the showroom’s energy and ensuring every visitor receives a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: You will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, directly contributing to the branch’s revenue and growth.

Market Development: You are expected to play an active role in developing the market by planning and executing innovative sales and promotional activities that attract new customers.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining effective business relationships is crucial. You will work closely with channel partners and customers to drive sustainable sales growth in the showroom.

Customer Engagement: You must possess a passion for sales and customer care, ensuring that every interaction builds trust and loyalty towards the TVS brand.

Essential Requirements:

Experience: You should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in showroom sales. Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred and will set you apart.

Age Limit: Applicants must be below 30 years of age.

Licensing: Possessing a valid riding license is mandatory for this role.

Attitude: We are looking for someone with the ability to infuse a positive “can-do” attitude and achieve given sales targets under pressure.
Skills & Qualifications:

Education: A qualification in Sales & Marketing from a recognized Institute will be considered an added advantage.

Communication: Excellent communication and Public Relations (PR) skills are essential to succeed in this customer-facing role.
