Qualifications & Experience

• Completed G.C.E. Advanced Level in any stream.
• Diploma in Apparel Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment sewing with exposure to Research & Development or product development.
• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, sewing machinery, and attachments.
• Ability to perform sample sewing for garments such as coveralls, hoodies, and jackets.
• Proven experience in SMV calculation, method study, and line optimization.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce garment samples for research and product development activities.
• Support product development through technical sewing expertise.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines and specialized attachments.
• Conduct SMV calculations and method studies to improve productivity.
• Assist in line balancing and production process optimization.
• Ensure garment quality and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
