Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service center management, technical support, electronics repair, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electronic systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience managing technical teams, workshops, or after-sales service operations is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of warranty administration, spare parts management, and technical reporting.
• Exposure to UAV, drone, robotics, aviation, or related technologies is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the UAV Service Center and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Oversee UAV maintenance, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and technical support activities.
• Supervise and guide service technicians to maintain high-quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding technical and operational matters.
• Lead negotiations and administration of after-sales service agreements and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government institutions and key stakeholders.
• Monitor service turnaround times, warranty claims, spare parts utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, agreements, and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
