Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in generator sales or related industries such as Electrical, Panel & Cable, or Construction.
• Experience working with consultants, architects, and construction companies will be an added advantage.
• Degree, SLIM qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Interest in learning technical generator solutions and related products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to prepare quotations, technical proposals, and government tender documents.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (written and spoken).
• A valid driving licence is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and gross profit (GP) targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Conduct customer visits and recommend suitable generator solutions.
• Prepare quotations for customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Prepare technical proposals and government tender submissions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on quotations, specifications, and payments.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information to support after-sales services.
• Coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
