💼 Job Description

You will be responsible for managing fiber optic network deployment projects (underground & aerial) while ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key involvement includes planning, execution, contractor coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📡 Lead and manage end-to-end fiber network deployment projects
• 📊 Plan, execute, and review designs & BOQs
• 🤝 Coordinate with contractors, authorities & stakeholders
• 🛠 Oversee installation, splicing, and testing activities
• ⚙ Ensure compliance with technical & safety standards
• 📈 Monitor project progress and reporting

🎓 Candidate Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or related field
• 🧑‍💼 1–5 years experience in fiber optic network deployment
• 📡 Strong knowledge of fiber design, installation & testing
• 📑 Experience with permits/approvals & contractor handling (advantage)
• 🧠 Strong planning, problem-solving & communication skills
• 🚗 Ability to handle multiple projects & travel to sites
