Your Responsibilities Will Include: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Training Programs: Developing and delivering structured product and sales training programs.

  • Onboarding: Designing onboarding and refresher training for sales teams.

  • Capability Building: Strengthening sales capabilities through consultative selling and negotiation training.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring training effectiveness using sales performance KPIs.

  • Skill Development: Identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted development initiatives.

  • Alignment: Collaborating with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align training with business goals.

  • Continuous Learning: Maintaining training materials and promoting a continuous learning culture.

What You Should Have (Requirements):

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or Training Manager within a sales environment.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.

    • Ability to motivate, influence, and develop high-performing sales teams.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure training impact on sales results.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and sales/training management systems.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel for field coaching and training as required.

  • Added Advantage: Professional certifications in sales training or learning & development will be an added advantage.
