Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG Sales.
• Experience in SMMT or General Trade (GT) will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
• Valid riding licence is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure complete outlet coverage within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and redistribution (RD) targets.
• Improve product visibility and availability across assigned outlets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure proper inventory management to minimize product damages and returns.
