📝 Job Description

The Sales Executive – UltraTech Cement Lanka (Pvt) Ltd will be responsible for developing new customers, strengthening existing relationships, executing brand promotions, and driving sales growth in assigned regions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new customers
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate customer data and strong client relationships
• Conduct regular customer visits
• Analyze market trends and conduct market insight studies
• Plan and execute brand promotion activities aligned with market demand

🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Diploma or CIM / SLIM qualification or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualification in sales or marketing will be an advantage

💼 Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar industry
• Experience in RMC / FMCG or direct sales will be an added advantage

---

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
• Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and market-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work anywhere in Sri Lanka
