Sterling Automobiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a trusted name in the Sri Lankan automotive industry, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Sales Targets: Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall branch performance.

• Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our vehicle portfolio and services.

• Market Trends: Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.

• Sales Process: Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to vehicle delivery.

• Customer Inquiries: Handling customer inquiries effectively and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or higher.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Valid driving license.

  • Proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.

  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
