Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L qualifications.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a Sales Coordinator or sales support role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in handling sales documentation and administrative tasks will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender documentation accurately within deadlines.
• Coordinate sales activities with internal departments.
• Maintain organized sales-related documentation and records.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist with order processing and order tracking.
• Maintain customer databases and update sales reports.
• Perform SAP system entries for sales reporting and coordination.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in achieving operational efficiency.
