Qualifications & Experience

• Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination in six (06) subjects with credit passes in English, Mathematics, and Language.
• Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination in the Technology, Mathematics, Science, or Commerce stream will be considered a special qualification.
• Successfully completed NVQ Level 5 or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RTG Operator.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Computer literacy.
• Applicants should be below 30 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes safely and efficiently.
• Handle container stacking, loading, and unloading operations.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of RTG equipment.
• Follow terminal operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other terminal personnel during operations.
• Report equipment faults or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain operational records and ensure efficient cargo handling.
