As a Retail Sales Desk Executive, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing retail sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at our Retail Center.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

–    Driving retail sales and revenue growth.

–    Implementing sales activation programs aligned with local strategies.

–    Managing store presentation to reflect DHL’s premium brand and service standards.

–    Managing the Retail Store in the best of Brand presentation to create the highest impact through customer experience.

Do you have what it takes?

–    Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level Examination and full or partial qualification in Sales/Marketing.

–    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

–    A balanced, objective approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.

–    Strong interpersonal skills to foster great customer relationships.
