As a Retail Sales Desk Executive, you will manage front-line retail sales operations and ensure an excellent customer experience at the DHL retail outlet.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Drive retail sales and contribute to revenue growth
• ✔ Implement local sales activation programs
• ✔ Maintain store presentation aligned with DHL brand standards
• ✔ Ensure high-quality customer experience at the retail center
• ✔ Manage day-to-day retail store operations effectively

👤 Requirements

• 🎓 G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L) completed
• 📊 Full or partial qualification in Sales / Marketing (preferred)
• 🗣 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 🧠 Strong problem-solving ability with objective thinking
• 🤝 Good interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
