Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline from a UGC-recognized university
• Professional qualifications such as CFA / CIMA / ACCA / MBA in Finance will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in research, banking, financial markets, or treasury operations
• Age below 35 years (not applicable for internal candidates)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct macroeconomic and financial market research
• Analyze interest rates, exchange rates, liquidity trends, and market movements
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for ALCO and management
• Evaluate investment opportunities in government securities, corporate bonds, and equities
• Develop investment dashboards and maintain financial data models
• Support treasury strategy formulation and risk monitoring activities
• Monitor domestic and global economic developments impacting financial markets

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and treasury operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
• Experience with Bloomberg or similar financial tools (advantage)
• Strong communication and report writing skills in English
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial analysis
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Gross Salary: Approximately Rs. 247,619
• Basic Salary Scale: Rs. 113,040 – 150,640 (approx.)
