Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L examinations.
• Age between 18 and 25 years.
• Must possess a valid Driving Licence (motorbike licence preferred).
• Previous experience in the financial industry will be considered an added advantage.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Male candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Recover outstanding loan and finance payments from customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
• Visit customers and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate recovery records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Meet assigned recovery targets while maintaining professional standards.
