📝 Job Description
The Recovery Officer – Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC will be responsible for achieving leasing and lending recovery targets, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the company’s credit and risk management operations across Sri Lanka.
This role requires extensive fieldwork, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Achieve recovery targets related to leasing and lending portfolios
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate repayment solutions
- Maintain accurate records of recoveries and customer interactions
- Coordinate with branch staff and management to resolve recovery cases
- Conduct field visits across assigned locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical recovery practices
🎓 Qualifications
- GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) and Advanced Level (A/L) qualifications
- Credit passes in English Language and Mathematics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recovery, lending, leasing, loans, or marketing
- Experience in credit evaluation or collections will be a strong advantage
🧠 Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality
- Willingness to engage in extensive travel and fieldwork
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
🎂 Age Limit
- Between 23 – 35 years
