About the Role: Recoveries Officer

The role of a Recoveries Officer is the backbone of our credit operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our credit portfolio by ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding dues. This is a field-oriented role that requires a strong personality, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: You will be assigned a specific portfolio of accounts and will be responsible for following up on repayments to maintain a healthy recovery ratio.

• Customer Negotiation: You will interact directly with customers, negotiating payment plans and ensuring they adhere to the agreed settlement terms.

• Field Operations: Conduct regular client visits to assess repayment capabilities and collect dues.

• Compliance: Ensure all recovery activities are conducted within the legal and ethical framework of the company.

1. Recoveries Officer (Male) If you have prior experience in the industry, this is your chance to step up into a role with a leading finance company.

• Experience: You must possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in Recoveries, preferably within the Banking and Financial sector.

• Age Limit: Candidates should ideally be below 25 years of age.

• Personality: We are looking for individuals with a strong personality and good communication skills who can handle challenging situations with professionalism.

2. Trainee Recoveries Officer (Male) Are you a fresh school leaver looking for a career path? We are ready to train you!

• Career Ambition: You should have a genuine aspiration to build a long-term career in the field of the Finance sector.

• Age Limit: Candidates should ideally be below 22 years of age.

• Extra-Curriculars: We highly value teamwork and discipline. Candidates with a good track record in sports are strongly encouraged to apply.
