📝 Job Description
The Receptionist – LOLC Holdings PLC will be responsible for managing front-office operations, handling visitors and calls professionally, and providing administrative and public relations support to ensure smooth daily operations at the Head Office.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls
- Provide basic information to callers and visitors when required
- Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform general receptionist, clerical, and administrative duties
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Manage and control inventory related to the reception area
🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Female candidates preferred
- Degree or Diploma in Insurance or a related field will be an added advantage
🧠 Skills & Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in Public Relations or Customer Service (mandatory)
- Experience in the insurance industry will be a strong advantage
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Pleasant personality with strong public relations skills
- Good computer literacy and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
