🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage project cost estimation and budgeting
• Handle quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
• Monitor project expenses and cost control
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying OR Diploma from a recognized institute
• Minimum 3 years experience in building projects
• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to complete tasks within deadlines
